Bin Lift

The TH-DH-B is a lighter weight version of the TH-DH bin lift system, coming in at around 530 kg to help reduce rear axle overloading and is designed with domestic 2-wheeled bin collection efficiency in mind and is able to operate with the range of 2 wheeled EN840.1 containers including 80-240 litre and 340-390 litre containers.

Like the TH-DH, the TH-DH-B takes just 7 seconds for the complete lifting cycle of each independent chair with a domestic container and the lifter chairs automatically raise themselves when moving forwards or backwards to minimise the risk of any impact damage.

Manufactured in accordance with the CE Machinery Directive,
EN 1501.1 and EN1501.5, the TH-DH-B employs a unique geometry that requires minimal mechanical linkages and uses high quality hydraulic cylinders proven the world over to be extremely resilient against dust ingress.

The TH-DH-B offers a much greater lifespan than systems using “metal on metal” lifting mechanisms and is easily maintainable thanks to the hydraulic components being located on the side of the lift.

A modular construction methods ensures that most components are easily replaceable and  therefore reducing downtime and essential maintenance times.
